ABSTRACT
The Japanese Guideline for Childhood Asthma (JGCA) 2020 is a translation of the Pediatric Treatment and Management (JPGL) 2017 into English, which was published by Society Allergy Clinical Immunology. It makes recommendations best practices in management childhood asthma, including acute exacerbations non-pharmacological pharmacological management. These guidelines will be interest to non-specialist physicians involved care children with asthma. In JPGL, JPGL2017 first evidence-based updated according GRADE system Minds approach, it addresses eight clinical questions about treatment aged ≤5 years, infant preschool asthma diagnosed response short acting beta2 agonists or effect therapeutic trial during 1 month controller worsening after cessation. Long-term both promotes therapy measures against risk factors that induce exacerbation, better patient education partnership trinity. addition, long-term should not carried out without review but rather based on cycle evaluation, adjustment treatment.
