ABSTRACT
Here we show the effects of repeated electroejaculation (EE) on mean values motility, mitochondrial functionality, and expression active caspases goat sperm obtained by EE. Evaluations were done using CASA flow cytometry. A strategy for identification kinematic subpopulations, when individual data are not provided system, is provided. Fifty semen samples, five each ten adult creole goats, electroejaculation. Mean total progressive motility cytometry evaluations compared among EEs. Relationships variables investigated Spearman correlation principal component analysis (PCA). For PCA followed hierarchical clustering was applied intervals automatically system. Total does no change after parameters molecular markers unrelated in multivariate space, but bivariate correlations found. Values upper lower defined clearly which had changing over time. Taken together, our results that EE affect related with parameters, it possible to identify subpopulations data,
