ABSTRACT
Photothermal therapy has the characteristics of minimal invasiveness, controllability, high efficiency, and strong specificity, which can effectively make up for toxic side effects tumor resistance caused by traditional drug treatment. However, due to limited tissue penetration infrared light, it is difficult promote apply in clinical practice. The eye only transparent human, light easily penetrate tissue, so expected that photothermal be used treat fundus diseases. Here in, a new nano-platform assembled liposome indocyanine green (ICG) was retinoblastoma. ICG liposomes overcome some problems itself. For example, quenched, self-aggregating instability. Moreover, prevent free from being cleared through systemic circulation. construction not ensured stability vivo, but also realized imaging-guide therapy, created strategy treatment
