ABSTRACT
The Near-Earth Space Radiation and Plasma Environment falls within the realm of G3 Cluster (G3 refers to 'Near-Earth Environment' 'Coupled Geospace System') under COSPAR (Committee On Research) /International Weather Action Teams (ISWAT) Initiative. diverse dynamic particle populations from this region pose challenges both science space weather-impact perspectives. cluster has intimate connections with solar, heliosphere clusters, other ones (G1, G2) through a chain physical processes. This paper reviews recent scientific advances in understanding complex environment, identifies gaps research weather applications, maps out our recommendations on priorities for next 5-10 years.
