ABSTRACT
A novel interposition technique is presented in which a pediatric patient underwent reimplantation of the anomalous origin left coronary artery from pulmonary (ALCAPA) into aorta by creating an extension using autograft atrial appendage.The advantage this that remains patent and lies anatomically without tension over as demonstrated follow-up computed tomography angiogram.
