Psoriasis is a chronic skin disorder manifested by recurrent episodes of scaly, red, itchy patches that occur within apparently normal skin.This study was performed to detect the expression serum and tissue (lesion non-lesion) LncRNA MALAT-1 MiRNA-9 might be used as biomarkers for psoriasis.Blood samples were obtained from 60 psoriasis patients 40 controls, well 4 mm punch biopsy lesional non psoriatic patient healthy controls. Expression miRNNA-9 in tissues detected real time qRT-PCR.a statistically significant increase non-lesional comparison controls detected. Moreover, there while its level significantly lower patients.This highlights dysregulation miRNA-9 psoriasis. Elevated compared may possibly contribute development plaques.
