ABSTRACT
Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), countries around world have suffered heavy losses life and property. The global pandemic poses a challenge to public health system, organizations are actively looking for ways quickly efficiently screen viruses. Point-of-care testing (POCT), as fast, portable, instant detection method, is great significance in infectious detection, screening, pre-disease prevention, postoperative treatment, other fields. Microfluidic technology comprehensive that involves various interdisciplinary disciplines. It also known lab-on-a-chip (LOC), can concentrate biological chemical experiments traditional laboratories on chip several square centimeters with high integration. Therefore, microfluidic devices become primary implementation platform POCT technology. based combine advantages both microfluids, expected shine biomedical field. This review introduces its applications combination technologies.
