ABSTRACT
As anaesthesiologists face increasing clinical demands and a limited competitive funding environment for academic work, the sustainability of has never been more tenuous. Yet, speciality needs in many roles, extending beyond routine duties. Anaesthesiologist educators, researchers, administrators are required not only to train future generations but also lead innovation expansion anaesthesiology related specialities, all improve patient care. This group early career researchers with geographically distinct training practice backgrounds aim highlight diversity development pathways globally. Although multiple routes success exist, one common thread is need consistent support strong mentors sponsors. Moreover, address inequitable opportunities, we emphasise inclusivity through global collaboration exchange that aims access research participation. We optimistic by focusing on these fundamental principles, can help build resilient sustainable around world.
