ABSTRACT
Electroporation is regularly used to deliver agents into cells, including transgenic materials, but it not for mutating zebrafish embryos due the lack of suitable systems, information on appropriate operating parameters, and challenges posed by protective chorion. Here, a novel method gene delivery in was developed combining microinjection space between chorion embryo followed electroporation. This eliminates need removal injecting finding identifying key cell locations before performing an injection, making process much simpler more automatable. We also microfluidic electroporation system optimized electric pulse parameters transgenesis embryos. The study provided that can be potentially implemented high throughput or mutagenesis system.
