ABSTRACT
Identify the frequency and intensity of perception adverse professional consequences their association with burnout syndrome occupational variables. Cross-sectional sample 11,530 healthcare professionals resident in Spain Latin America. The negative work-related on burnout, as measured by MBI variables was analysed multiple logistic regression. emotional exhaustion first variable associated absenteeism, intention giving up profession, personal deterioration, family deterioration. Depersonalization most having made mistakes. findings indicate a considerable prevalence consequences.
