Smart MOOC integrated with intelligent tutoring: A system architecture and framework model proposal

ABSTRACT
Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are a type of Learning Management Systems (LMSs), but it seems that the influence instructor in these systems is minimal or simply lacking. These present learning content and materials to all learners attending course same way fail offer individualized instruction recognizes individual differences needs learners. It reported such problems can be eliminated by making new generation intelligent systems. However, there still an ongoing search for conceptual discussion concerning them. Integrating tutoring system (ITS) with analytics, this study seeks design framework ITS open access a) identifies through adaptive mastery testing guides based on needs, b) overcomes deficiencies, monitors learners' interactions analytics offers suggestions, c) supports dynamic assessment processes d) tests competencies. This article aims explain adaptive, dynamic, (SMIT), supported which product project, integrate LMS ITS, idea how make as MOOCs smarter. In line findings obtained from research, various suggestions were made smart Moocs.
