ABSTRACT
Herein, the production of synthetic natural gas is proposed as an effective route for CO2 conversion. Typical catalysts this reaction are based on Ni. In study, we demonstrated that addition promoters such iron and cobalt can greatly benefit activity standard Ni methanation catalysts. particular seems to be a very efficient promoter. Our Co doped material outstanding leading high levels conversion with selectivities close 100%. Additionally, catalyst able preserve excellent performance at relatively space velocity which allows flexibility in reactor design making easier development compact utilisation units. As additional advantage, Co-promoted exceptionally stable conserving under continuous operations long terms runs.
