ABSTRACT
Highlights•Subject-level immunology data from >10,000 healthy normal human subjects•Curated are available in raw or batch-corrected and normalized formats•Interactive visualizations downloads at 10kimmunomes.orgSummaryThere is increasing appreciation that the immune system plays critical roles not only traditional domains of infection inflammation but also many areas biology, including tumorigenesis, metabolism, even neurobiology. However, one major barriers for understanding immunological mechanisms assays have been reproducibly characterized a sufficiently large diverse cohort. Here, we present 10,000 Immunomes Project (10KIP), framework growing reference, ImmPort, publicly resource subject-level data. Although some measurement types sparse presently deposited ImmPort database, extant allow diversity robust comparisons. Using 10KIP, describe variations serum cytokines leukocytes by age, race, sex; define baseline cell-cytokine network; immunologic changes pregnancy.
