ABSTRACT
The integration of robots in manufacturing systems known as Human Robot Collaboration (HRC) can provide relevant opportunities terms productivity, safety and quality control although there are still many challenges such costs, complexity, workforce concerns, skills gaps regulatory compliance. Digital Twins (DTs), which virtual replicas physical systems, being explored a promising solution to address these challenges. Therefore, this paper delves into the potential DTs-based approaches for HRC with focus on their ability realistic simulation environment testing optimizing collaboration strategies. first part study involves comprehensive literature review devoted understand how scientific community perceives application DTs main trends research area identified. second presents detailed analysis currently available commercial software solutions developing DT models scenarios. encompassed various aspects as: software's capabilities human robot simulation, ergonomic time measurements analysis, data exchange interoperability world well other software. results meant practical insights researchers practitioners interested implementing enhance systems.
