ABSTRACT
In the aerospace industry, integrated aluminium alloy plates and stiffened panels with high accuracy performance attract significant interest. To manufacture these as integrity accuracy, multiple processes need to be utilised, such machining, welding forming. During whole manufacturing chain, residual stresses can generated redistributed in components among different processes. The stress would significantly affect shapes properties of final products. Currently, great effects are not well considered design This paper aims draw a general understanding pre-manufacturing its on subsequent mechanisms distributions typical structural panels, including additive (AM), firstly summarised. detailed distortion application then concluded. addition, current methods developed for investigation effect multi-processes critically reviewed, experimental, analytical, finite element (FE) machine learning methods. Furthermore, future development trend consideration control is summarised, providing comprehensive guidance achieve accurate components.
