ABSTRACT
Vγ9Vδ2-T cells constitute the predominant subset of γδ-T in human peripheral blood and have been shown to play an important role antimicrobial antitumor immune responses. Several efforts initiated exploit these for cancer immunotherapy, e.g. by using phosphoantigens, adoptive cell transfer, a bispecific monoclonal antibody based approach. Here, we report generation novel set specific VHH (or nanobody). several advantages compared conventional antibodies related their small size, stability, ease generating multispecific molecules low immunogenicity. With high specificity affinity, anti-Vγ9Vδ2-T receptor VHHs are be useful FACS, MACS immunocytochemistry. In addition, some were found specifically activate cells. Besides being possible immunotherapeutic value, single domain will great value further study this effector subset.
