ABSTRACT
Infertility is caused by heterogeneous risks, but most of them are unexplained. The sperm DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI) was increasingly acknowledged as a parameter for the evaluation male infertility. This study aimed to investigate association between DFI and laboratory clinical outcomes in population with unexplained infertility. The data an infertile collected selection reproductive patients authors classified normal parameters control group (DFI < 25%) observation ≥ compared difference basal characteristics, laboratory, two groups. conducted correlation analysis examine relationship number D3 good-quality embryos, well pregnancy rate live birth rate. A total 176 cases were enrolled retrospective study. The (n = 88) showed advanced age, lower concentration, progressive motility, morphology assessment than group. In addition, No. rate, shown negative embryos (rs -0.347, p 0.001) or -0.185, 0.028) shown.Sperm good indicator prediction infertility couples, it did not provide sufficient information regarding outcome outcome.
