ABSTRACT
West Nile virus (WNV) infection can lead to severe disease, especially in immunocompromised individuals. We report a case of neuroinvasive WNV in a patient receiving ocrelizumab for multiple sclerosis, who recovered after remdesivir and immunoglobulin treatment. This case highlights the diagnostic and therapeutic challenges regarding neuroinvasive WNV infection in immunocompromised patients.
