Work addiction and personality organization: Results from a representative, three-wave longitudinal study

ABSTRACT
Background: Several studies have explored the relationship between personality and work addiction, suggesting that individuals with certain mental disorders, including disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCPD), may be more prone to addiction. However, characterization of organization (PO) among workaholics its contribution persistence addiction remains unclear. Methods: In this longitudinal study a representative sample young adults (N = 1748), we applied Bergen Work Addiction Scale Inventory Personality Organization.
