ABSTRACT
In this study, phenolic-rich extracts from Sanghuangporus vaninii (SHE) were prepared, the phenolic profile and main compound content of SHE studied by UPLC-Orbitrap-MS, antioxidant antiproliferation activities evaluated. The results showed that total polyphenol flavonoid 42.420 ± 0.011 mg GAE/g EW 8.504 0.205 RE/g EW, respectively. Moreover, 14 acids 8 flavonoids in identified, among which, major polyphenols protocatechualdehyde (394.68 μg/g), protocatechuic acid (196.88 caffeic (96.11 L-phenylalanine (12.72 μg/g) (+)-taxifolin (8.59 μg/g). strong radical scavenging, anti-lipid peroxidation anti-DNA damage capacity vitro. could effectively induce HepG2 cell apoptosis via caspases-dependent mitochondrial apoptotic pathway arrest cycle G0/G1 phase. present study suggested S. be a valuable source natural antioxidative antiproliferative ingredients.
