ABSTRACT
Studying disease-related changes in the brain vasculature is warranted due to its crucial role supplying oxygen and nutrients removing waste anticipated vascular dysfunction diseases. To this end, we have developed a protocol for fast simple isolation of fragments without use transgenic reporters. We used it isolate analyze 22,515 cells by single-cell RNA sequencing. The distributed into 23 distinct clusters corresponding all known perivascular cell types brain. Western blot analysis also suggested that suitable proteomic analysis. further adapted establishment primary cultures. generated highly reproducible results. In conclusion, robust different experimental modalities, such as analyses, western blotting, culture.
