ABSTRACT
Uterine anomalies result from the failure of complete fusion Müllerian ducts during embryogenesis. A unicornuate uterus with a rudimentary horn is rarest anomaly and results one to develop completely an incomplete contralateral side. Diagnosis surgical management 5-week ectopic pregnancy in non-communicating 18-year-old nulliparous woman whom this congenital uterine was previously unknown are described.
