ABSTRACT
Postpartum hemorrhage is the most common cause of maternal morbidity in United States. However, secondary postpartum rare and includes pseudoaneurysms, which represent only 3.3% all cases hemorrhage. Vulvar labial artery pseudoaneurysm had never been reported literature.This a case ruptured vulvar leading to Computerized tomography angiography showed it be located distal branch artery. This location unique, although there are pseudoaneurysms uterine The patient was successfully treated with arterial embolization.Recognition as allows for its proper management by embolization.
