ABSTRACT
For many decades, the clinical unmet needs of primary Sjögren's Syndrome (pSS) have been left unresolved due to rareness disease and complexity underlying pathogenic mechanisms, including pSS-associated lymphomagenesis process. Here, we present HarmonicSS cloud-computing exemplar which offers beyond state-of-the-art data analytics services address pSS needs, development lymphoma classification models identification biomarkers for lymphomagenesis. The users platform able successfully interlink, curate, harmonize 21 regional, national, international European cohorts 7,551 patients with respect ethical legal issues sharing. Federated AI algorithms were trained across harmonized databases, reduced execution time complexity, yielding robust 85% accuracy, 81.25% sensitivity, 85.4% specificity along 5 development. To our knowledge, this is first GDPR compliant that provides federated needs.
