Waste plastic caps (PCs) are resources. The objectives were to know the production of ropes (PRs) from PCs, and name functions instruments involved in PRs production. Plastic Recycling Machine consisting shredder, washing machine, mixing pellet forming granular, extruder, rolling machine rope formation. Shredders crush PCs flakes. Clean flakes pushed into mixer then machine. Granular makes granule. Granules put extruder make mold sent for making rope.
