ABSTRACT
As a prime coat material, emulsified asphalt has an effective consolidation effect on the semi-rigid base layer, biomass oil can effectively increase penetration depth, but its content will also lead to loss of bonding when it is too large, so optimal needs be further determined. In this paper, based theory drying film formation asphalt, molecular dynamics simulation and experimental methods such as viscosity test, contact angle test maximum particle accumulation rate were used investigate wetting performance indexes particles with different contents in filling stage. Further time stacking stabilization relative concentration emulsifiers stage studied. The best ratio oil/asphalt 1:3. dosage, not only ensure that pre-construction penetrate into aggregate certain depth penetration, construction early stage, later reach deeper thus better strengthening cement stabilized gravel base.
