ABSTRACT
In this study, production, performance and emission characteristics of methyl esters Oleander, Kusum Bitter Groundnut oil in a transportation diesel engine were studied. Oleander (OOME), (KOME) bitter Oil Methyl Esters (BGOME) prepared by transesterification process. The effects three on exhaust emissions examined at different speed full load condition. Experimental results showed that the brake thermal efficiency OOME is found higher specific fuel consumption lower compared to KOME BGOME. BGOME shows less KOME. short, it may be concluded from experimental investigations biodiesel non-edible oils (Oleander, Kusum, Groundnut) can become an alternative source future.
