ABSTRACT
The current paper provides a three-dimensional computational analysis of hybrid nanofluid enhanced heat transfer in cross flow micro exchanger with rectangular wavy channels. This is assumed to be well insulated from its surrounding and made respectively five top bottom hot cold nanofluids through the upper lower channels, respectively. analytical investigation has been carried out using finite element method wide range governing parameters such as velocity (5 mm/s ≤ u 100 mm/s), wave number (0 N 20) nanoparticles concentration ϕ 0.05). It was concluded that an adequate choice volume fraction can minimize size addition significant effect only high velocities (u ≥ 50 mm/s). Moreover, it revealed trade-off between relevant controlling required ensure optimal efficiency. highest efficiency achieved = 8, 0.05 inlet mm/s.
