ABSTRACT
Smart design of household appliances can level up the energy efficiency and promote environmental responsibility. It is important to analyze power losses in each component assist product design, however, only total be measured at output induction cooking system. Through electromagnetic simulation, distribution inside system evaluated. In this work, a multidisciplinary methodology has been developed perform thermal analysis water boiling on For experimental part, temperature coil, pot, are monitored. numerical CEM applied calculate caused by eddy current while CFD solves flow field heat transfer pot with cooker. The based then used as source model. 88.2%The simulation results demonstrate good agreement experiments. Comparing experiments, maximum errors bottom coil 6.3%and 7.9% respectively. This multiphysics framework offers better understanding related dynamics which greatly benefits practical industry applications.
