ABSTRACT
The application of solar energy as the widest, clean and free source thermal requires collector. As one common types collector, heat pipe collector has been investigated. performance a was simulated using anisotropic sky radiation model in eight different tilt angles thirteen azimuth at location Isfahan City, Iran. obtained theoretical results were compared with experimental ones an average discrepancy 5 % obtained. After approving chosen model, optimum seasonal yearly calculated correlations also drawn from written subroutine. show that through spring summer, angle is somewhat less autumn winter beyond latitude largest difference autumn. For whole year under conditions present study, nearly same location.
