ABSTRACT
Tubby-like protein 3 (TULP3) is a member of the tubby family, has been related to development nervous system by gene knockout researches. Nevertheless, role TULP3 in gastric cancer not clear.Western blotting and real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were employed for quantitative detection expression consecutive non-cancerous tissues, cells. The roles invasion, migration as well proliferation cell vivo vitro through utilizing colony formation, MTT, wound-healing, transwell mouse xenograft model.
