ABSTRACT
Tubby-like protein 3 (TULP3) is a member of the tubby family, has been related to development nervous system by gene knockout researches. Nevertheless, role TULP3 in gastric cancer not clear.Western blotting and real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were employed for quantitative detection expression consecutive non-cancerous tissues, cells. The roles invasion, migration as well proliferation cell vivo vitro through utilizing colony formation, MTT, wound-healing, transwell mouse xenograft model. Western assay was implemented order clarify potential molecular mechanisms. Furthermore, electron microscopy western blot evaluated patient extracted serum exosomes.TULP3 levels remarkably upregulated tissues Subsequent functional assays demonstrated that downregulation suppressed cell. Mechanism depicted PTEN/Akt/Snail signaling pathway can inhibit via silencing. Finally, we found could be determined exosomes. group higher comparison with normal group. Our results reveal might serve prognostic biomarker therapeutic target treatment cancer.
