ABSTRACT
Supply Chain Finance (SCF) refers to the financial service in which banks rely on core enterprises manage capital flow and logistics of upstream downstream enterprises. SCF adopts a self-testing closed-loop credit model control funds risks. The key factor successful is deployment business-oriented information systems that allow businesses form partnerships efficiently expedite cash flows throughout supply chain. Blockchain Technology (BCT), featuring decentralization, tamper-proofing, traceability, usually paired with Internet Things (IoT) real-world contexts, has been widely adopted field finance perfectly positioned facilitate innovative collaborations among participants chain networks. In this paper, we propose BCT IoT-based management framework (named BC4Regu), works as regulatory improve transparency business process SCF. With BC4Regu, operation cost whole can be significantly reduced through coordination integration flow, trade contributions paper include: (1) proposing novel leverages IoT solve problem asymmetry SCF; (2) technical design including infrastructure, distributed ledger-based integrated data service, reshaped process; (3) applying BC4Regu group scenarios conducting theoretical analysis by introducing principal-agent validate BC4Regu.
