ABSTRACT
To reveal the integral in vivo polypharmacokinetics (PPK) similarity or difference between Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, LJF) and Shanyinhua LF), provide reference for their clinical application. The PPK model its total quantum statistical moment (TQSMS) method were used to compare profiles of nine components with anti-inflammatory efficacy (rutin, caffeic acid, chlorogenic cryptochlorogenic dispsacoside B, macranthoidin isochlorogenic acid A, C) LJF LF. A 54 Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) grade Kunming (KM) mice randomized into group LF (n = 27), each was divided subgroups 3) according different time points. Subsequently, p-xylene-induced ear edema constructed by oral administration concentrations plasma samples determined ultra-performance liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS). And pharmacokinetics (PK) parameters single component [total (TQSM) TQSMS] multiple calculated Drug Statistics (DAS) software home-brew programs Excel, respectively. There significant differences single-component PK (P < 0.05). Whereas, no found multi-component TQSM parameters, including zero (AUCT0-t, AUCT0-∞) first (MRTT0-t, MRTT0-∞) quanta > Accordingly, TQSMS varied from 0.220 4 0.968 9, that 0.828 4, suggesting speed extent bioavailability Furthermore, light high (0.828 4), similar under 90% confidence intervals. are appropriate efficient herbal medicines. It is suggested this research can be replaced vice versa treatment.
