ABSTRACT
Skeletal myogenesis is dynamic, and it involves cell-shape changes together with cell fusion rearrangements. However, the final muscle arrangement highly organized striated fibers. By combining live imaging quantitative analyses, we dissected fast-twitch myocyte within zebrafish myotome in toto.
