ABSTRACT
All children, who were born in 2004 and had undergone surgical treatment for recurrent acute tonsillitis and/or otitis media at the ear, nose throat clinic (ENT) between 2010, called on dental examination blood sampling. Out of 441 invitees, 113 children their parents/legal guardians agreed to participate. The following data from this group subjects are presented: presence clinical signs molar-incisor hypomineralisation (MIH), distribution human leukocyte antigen (HLA) alleles DQ2 DQ8 eight single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) located amelogenesis-related genes (rs3796704 ENAM gene, rs546778141 AMBN rs2106416 AMELX rs7660807 rs35286445 AMTN rs4870723 COL14A1 rs2245803 MMP20 rs3828054 TUFT1 gene). Data MIH collected accordance with recommendation proposed recording sheet [1], appropriate preliminary training calibration.
