ABSTRACT
The gold standard for the diagnosis of oral cancer is microscopic analysis specimens removed preferentially through incisional biopsies mucosa with a clinically detected suspicious lesion. This dataset contains captured histopathological images squamous cell carcinoma and leukoplakia. A total 237 were captured, 89 leukoplakia dysplasia images, 57 without 91 images. an optical light microscope, using 10x 40x objectives, attached to microscope camera visualized software. saved in PNG format at 2048 × 1536 size pixels they refer hematoxylin-eosin stained histopathologic slides from performed between 2010 2021 patients managed Oral Diagnosis project (NDB) Federal University Espírito Santo (UFES). leukoplakias represented by samples epithelial dysplasia.
