ABSTRACT
Congenital pseudarthrosis of the clavicle is a rare phenomenon with multiple proposed causes. Surgical management typically indicated either because cosmetic appearance irregularity or, less commonly, for pain, particularly in adolescent patients. Multiple surgical methods have previously described literature, which raised concern owing to persistently high rate nonunion postoperatively. This article describes congenital open reduction and internal fixation using T-shaped iliac crest autograft.
