ABSTRACT
Aiming at the non-stationary and non-linearity characteristics of vibration signals centrifugal pump, a new method based on complexity feature Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) Least Square Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM) is put forward. First all, was used to decompose into finite number stationary Intrinsic Functions (IMF), then features each IMF extracted as fault vectors served input parameters LS-SVM classifier diagnosis fault.
