ABSTRACT
Governments around the world are establishing technological routes and tactics for low/zero-energy buildings to reduce emissions energy use. This paper describes a hybrid renewable system developed net-zero low-rise residential building located in Shanghai, China. consists of water-based photovoltaic/thermal (PVT) collector ground water-source heat pump (GWSHP). The is designed produce heating, cooling electricity during both winter summer by using solar surface water respectively. Firstly, field tests on PVT GWSHP were carried out obtain their thermal performance, then analytical models performance curve validated experimental data. In addition, balance between annual production consumption was estimated evaluate applicability this on-grid Shanghai. It shown that detached house with PVT-GWSHP can provide 109.3% total requirements electricity, has potentials realize target.
