ABSTRACT
In this paper, a multi-folded-beam piezoelectric energy harvester (MFB-PEH) was proposed for low-power harvesting applications in wide frequency band, low frequency, and amplitude vibration environments. The MFB-PEH consists of one traditional main beam two new additional L-shaped wing beams, which are designed to improve the bandwidth harvest ambient energy. Firstly, finite element method (FEM) used search optimal design that can make operational broader yield maximum power output. experimental results reveal optimized has three resonance frequencies range from 9 Hz 20 Hz, broaden operation harvester. It is significant device, excited at an ultra-low harmonic acceleration 0.2 m/s2, generates much higher output 29.0μW, four times than other multi-beam devices ∼9.2 Hz. Finally, packaged adopted generated by human motion, where generate high voltage 24 Vp−p when walking 55 running. Our work confirmed good potential generator
