Clean energy-based rural low carbon transformation considering the supply and demand of new energy under government participation: A three-participators game model

Since the 20th century, human society has developed rapidly, and with continuous development of urbanization, serious environmental pollution problems have followed. This study constructs tripartite evolutionary game model government, enterprises farmers, analyzes path stable strategy three participants process transformation. The results show that (1) moderate or high level government subsidies farmers use can promote industry, while low not conducive industry. (2) When government’s investment infrastructure construction low, will choose passively. high, actively energy, evolve produce under circumstance active by farmers.
