ABSTRACT
The ever-growing proportion of renewable energy results in the decrease frequency regulation capability multi-power system. Hence, to ensure stability system with a high energy, novel day-ahead scheduling approach is proposed considering security constraint. Firstly, dynamic changing process due power disturbance analyzed. Secondly, constraint modeled and incorporated into model ensures that maximal deviation kept within permitted range. Next, stable operation make full use aims at minimizing net load fluctuation intermittent new curtailment. Finally, simulation show optimal can maintain under disturbance.
