With the increasing penetration of wind power in system, proportion turbines system is increasing, replacing traditional units, which reduces inertia constant and reserve capacity frequency regulation. This paper analyzes several schemes participating regulation, summarizes a coordinated regulation control strategy storage. The main purpose to make full use turbine rotor reduce allocation energy storage effectively capacity.
