ABSTRACT
Various piezoelectric beam based approaches have been well studied to support vibrational energy harvesting, where the natural frequency of harvester is purposely designed match external vibrations. Note that vibrations usually exhibit a low nature, which significantly limits output conversion because operational for such systems much higher. In this work, we propose novel compliant mechanism combining structure with multi-stable mechanism, capable harvesting multiple up modes improve efficiency systems. The proposed design developed and analyzed from electro-mechanical perspective. A prototype method comprehensively evaluated in various experiments verify performance effectiveness harvester.
