ABSTRACT
The aim was to measure the cardiac motion-induced displacements of major coronary artery bifurcations utilizing electrocardiography (ECG)-gated four-dimensional computed tomography (4D-CT) and determine margin bifurcations.Thirty-seven female patients who underwent retrospective ECG-gated 4D-CT in inspiratory breath hold (IBH) were enrolled. left main bifurcation (LM), obtuse marginal branch (OM), first diagonal (D1), second (D2), caudal portion anterior descending (APX), right ventricular (V) acute (AM) contoured. center contour arterial at end systole defined as standard, then calculated. The left-right (LR), cranio-caudal (CC), anterior-posterior (AP) coordinates follows: LM 3, 3 mm; D1 6, D2 APX 4, 4 OM 5 V 8, 7 AM mm, respectively.Coronary should be considered a separate organ risk (OAR), different provided due differences resulting from motion displacement. maximum LR, CC, AP those respectively.
