ABSTRACT
Urinary tract infections (UTI) are the most frequent infection in kidney transplant (KT) patients. The objectives of study were: to determine clinical and microbiological characteristics UTIs that occur during first year after KT, evaluate whether there was a change incidence extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)-producing microorganisms between two time periods analyze possible risk factors for development UTI due multidrug-resistant (MRM).
