ABSTRACT
Polymer electrolyte fuel cell cogeneration systems (PEFC-CGSs) provide hot water by utilizing exhaust heat produced in electricity generation process. The energy saving potential of PEFC-CGSs can be maximized optimal operational plans, and most state-of-the-art approaches implement planning function (OPF) based on demand time-series prediction using machine learning techniques. In general, with small expected average errors is regarded as the important point obtaining appropriate plans; however, several recent studies have revealed that other complex factors such direction timing forecast greatly affect quality plans some cases. Core ideas proposed these previous are broadly classified into seven types. purpose this study to characterize OPFs from two aspects: output form model target variable, clarify "what kind uncertainty should focused on" "how handled" designing OPF. kinds were comprehensively evaluated via numerical simulations real-world data. results show significance OPF cost surface multiple model.
