ABSTRACT
Presence of Hierarchical length scale defect architecture in hot-pressed Bi2Se3 has resulted into a significantly reduced thermal conductivity value of ∼0.7 W/mK and yielded a maximum figure-of-merit value of ∼0.96 at 370K.
