ABSTRACT
Congenital pancreatic cyst is very rare in infants and children. The majority of cysts children are pseudocysts resulting from trauma, acute pancreatitis or infection. Three with true congenital were treated. Their medical charts reviewed for age at presentation, sex, clinical features, diagnosis management. (1 male 2 females) a mean 23 months (4 months-4 years) treated cyst. One them presented an abdominal mass while another non-bile stained vomiting distension. third was diagnosed to have left sided Wilms tumor during investigation found CT-scan MRI helpful confirming the diagnosis. All surgically. had total surgical excision other two cystojejunostomy. pediatric group should be considered differential cystic lesions pancreas Preoperative important plan intervention. Complete treatment choice but if this not feasible form internal drainage, cystoduodenostomy Roux-in-Y cystojejunostomy done.
