Primary acquired gastric outlet obstruction in childhood, ‘Jodphur disease’ associated with malrotation: The first of its kind

ABSTRACT
Gastric Outlet Obstruction (GOO) is largely attributed to Infantile Hypertrophic Pyloric Stenosis (HPS) in the pediatric population with an incidence of 1–3 per 1000 live births and rare females a male-to-female ratio 4:1. However, there has been rise reports cases GOO childhood which considered condition 1:100,000. The association pyloric stenosis presenting concurrently malrotation much rarer literature paucity reportage on it. Within population, various factors have acquired forms GOO. Notable among them are products consanguineous marriage cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA). We present what we believe first reported case primary occurring 4-year-old female, who had long history intake unpasteurized cow product parents.
